Pepero Day 2008
I went to the bookstore yesterday and found a rack dedicated to pepero, nice boxes of beautiful sweets, mostly chocolate coated sticks. Every November 11 is Pepero day. It is one of Korea's many unique special day, well a bit commercialize but anyway I consider it saying thank you to female colleagues by giving them box of pepero.
