ANOTHER GROUP OF BLOGGERS LED BY TONYO CRUZ FILED A PETITION AGAINST THE CYBERCRIME LAW. HERE IS THEIR STATEMENT. A day after the Cybercrime Law took effect, 18 netizens mostly bloggers filed their own petition at the Supreme Court seeking to nullify the controversial new law signed by President Aquino.
